Athens, Greece, June 25, 2010. Capital Ship Management Corp. took successful delivery today of the M/T Achilleas, on behalf of Crude Carriers Corp. The M/T Achilleas is a very large crude carrier (VLCC) with a carrying capacity of 297,863 MT, built by Universal Shipbuilding Corporation at the Ariake Shipyard in Japan.

Capital Ship Management Corp. took today successful delivery of the newbuilding vessel M/T Atlantas from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. in South Korea . The M/T Atlantas is a very large crude carrier (VLCC) tanker vessel with a carrying capacity of 321,300 MT, built by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. in South Korea.

Athens, Greece, May 12, 2010. Our vessel was attacked by pirates while in passage from Lake Charles, LA (USA) to Fujairah, via the Cape, loaded with 31,500 MT of bagged rice. The attack commenced on 10.05.2010 at 05:03 UTC at 00 02 00 N – 65 00 E and lasted for over two hours. Shots were fired while there were multiple attempts to board the vessel.

Athens, Greece, May 10, 2010. Capital Ship Management Corp. took successful delivery today of the M/T Tango to be renamed M/T Amoureux, on behalf of Crude Carriers Corp. The M/T Amoureux is a Suezmax crude oil tanker vessel with a carrying capacity of 150,393 MT, built in 2008 by Universal Shipbuilding Corporation at the Ariake Shipyard in Japan.

12/03/2010 - M/T Arionas Resumes Voyage
Athens, Greece, March 12, 2010. Capital Ship Management Corp. announced today that the M/T Arionas has left the port of Le Havre, France and has resumed its voyage to Rotterdam. The ship arrived in Le Havre on March 10 to allow access for French officials investigating the fatalities.
The bodies of our three crewmen have been transferred ashore where medical examinations looking into the cause of their deaths are being conducted.

10/03/2010 - Capital Ship Management Statement on M/T Arionas
Athens, Greece, March 10, 2010. Capital Ship Management Corp. regrets to confirm that three crewmen from the M/T Arionas died while the ship was transiting the English Channel en route to Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The ship is currently at anchor near Le Havre, France. The first crewman died on March 9, while the other two died on March 10.
The ship and the remainder of the crew are safe and are in no danger. The 183 meter-long tank ship was en route from Libya to The Netherlands with a cargo of nearly 28,000 MT of brega condensate.
